You'll receive an email notification once your order is ready to collect. You can also check your invoice page, where the status will be updated. 1. Preparing = We're preparing your food. 2. Shipped = Your order is ready for collection. Delivered = Your order has been collected.

To collect your order, you'll need the last 4 digits of your Invoice ID. For example: If your Invoice ID is: 8531c05570ce0-0000012741753 You would provide: 1753 This helps us ensure orders are handed to the correct customer.

Absolutely. We carefully source authentic Afro-Caribbean food products, fresh produce, and household essentials from trusted suppliers so you can shop with confidence.

Your Invoice ID can be found: A. In your order confirmation email. B. On your invoice page after checkout.

Yes. They must provide the last 4 digits of your Invoice ID and name on the order to verify the collection. We recommend sharing your order details only with someone you trust.

If your order has not yet been prepared, we'll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible through our support system. Once preparation has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

All available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Payment must be completed before your order can be prepared.
